The price option "Reef Ready" refers to extra tall canopies that provide a full 12" clearance between the top of the tank and the underside of the canopy. If you have or are planning on a saltwater aquarium with high out put lighting, then you probably need this option to properly disperse the heat this type of lighting generates. The cost of the option is added to the item you have selected. If you are interested in a cabinet and canopy, add it to that cost. If only a canopy, add it to the canopy cost.
